MOSCOW – "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that on 10 February, 2010 it has concluded an agreement with STATUS Registratorskoye Obschestvo CJSC for maintenance of a register of the owners of NDC's registered securities. The signing of the agreement has been made in accordance with the decision of NDC's Board of Directors of 9 September, 2009.

The companies have signed protocols of transfer and acceptance of information and documents related to register maintenance system.

It is worth reminding that in accordance with Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service's Order #10-312/pz-i dated 4 February, 2010, NDC's common registered non-documentary share issue has been resumed. The share issue and the issue's placement report have been registered on 4 February, 2010 under 1-01-80122-N state registration number.
